I would never go for a sunbed, but the show showed a girl who, despite have had skin cancer already, still uses them! Then there was the woman who still has fake nails applied, even though her own nails have completely disintegrated underneath the glamorous manicured ones.
This all seems a bit OTT to me, but then they showed a very glamorous older woman who has lived in heels all her life. And my God, had her feet suffered as a result. So I had to ask myself, is my addiction to statement shoes going to cost me the use of my feet in the future?
Of course they then go to tell you that wearing the cutest little flat ballet pumps are equally as bad for you, so by this point I thought "what the heck" and went shoe browsing online instead!
Here are some of my favourite "killer" shoes that I found!

I watched that program too! I was equally freaked out by the shoe thing, they didn't even really bother to go into what shoes aren't bad for your feet! I think they showed one pair that the foot expert guy deemed "not bad" and they were fugly granny shoes! I padded around for a few days afterwards worrying about my poor feet! The nails were just disgusting too and that girl's nasty tongue piercing! Char x
wow, that show actually sounds good, but a little odd at the same time. all of those heels are really cute, but your totally right about them being killer heels, lol (:
and super expensive, im going to hve to search for some purse friendly alternatives heh

I don't get it either. If flats are not good enough either, then what are we going to wear?! What I feel is that, while we are young, we should do what we want! My friend keep telling me that if I have a tattoo now, it'll be really ugly when I am old. But wth, when I am old, most of me is ugly already! We should enjoy life when we are young & not later!!
i agree...i really want a tattoo also, but cannot decide what!
